This privacy policy will help you understand how the Worker Discord Bot (Worker) uses and protects the data you provide to us through the Discord server that Worker is in.

Who Operates Worker
Worker is operated by the Prison Architect Community Discord. You can contact us about Worker by joining the Prison Architect Community Discord server and contacting us via ModMail. An alternative form of contact is via the r/PrisonArchitect Subreddit ModMail.
Our Lawful Basis
We process this information under the lawful basis of legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest, where applicable, is providing and maintaining the server's levelling and automated role system.
What User Data We Collect
When you send a message to a Discord server that uses Worker bot, the following identifiable information is recorded about you:
- Server ID
- User ID
- Number of messages levelled up
Worker does not store the contents of messages sent by users. Providing this information is necessary to participate in Worker's levelling system. If you do not want to participate in Worker's levelling system, you may opt out by never sending a message in the server.
Server administrators may submit the following information to the bot:
- Messages uploaded purposefully via files
- Phrases used for automatic message triggering
- Phrases used for suggesting random topics
Their contributions may be removed by using the designated "remove" commands.
Why We Collect Your Data
We collect this data to do the following:
- Allow you to level up in the server and gain roles
Safeguarding and Securing the Data
Your information is stored in the United Kingdom and is retained for the length of time that Worker is in a Discord server you have participated in. Personal data may be accessed by Worker developers and our hosting or infrastructure providers where necessary to operate and maintain the bot. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or request restriction of our processing by contacting us through our contact links. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
